Thinking Big

Time to think big.  Maybe it’s not just an inland water, and near coastal trawler you are looking for, maybe you would like to think bigger, further, dream of crossing oceans.

My pick right here in Anacortes is CADENZA. An absolutely beautiful 2006 Nordhavn 76.
I have been following the Nordhavn story for a long time.  I loved the book Voyaging Under Power by Robert P. Beebe and James Leisman.  And I have always liked boats that are a little more pretend ship than sunny go fast yachts.  That’s why I liked the Nordic Tugs so much when they first came out with their true pilot house trawler.
Over the years I have worked on Nordhavns during my years as Rovang Marine.  I was always impressed with PAE (Pacific Asian Enterprises), the quality of the boats, and their excellent service. If there is a brand that I am as knowledgeable about as Nordic Tugs, it’s Nordhavn.

Winter Boat Sales Going Great

Sales have been great so far this year! I have already closed on three boats. Two Nordic Tugs and the Pacific Seacraft. Also just listed a neat little 32 Nordic Tug from 1987, SIDEKICK.  This is a rare ballasted Tug, that runs great, new electronics, bow thruster, diesel heat, ready for summer cruising.
Also SKYLARK is my listing that is a great boat! This 2004 Nordic Tug 37 is absolutely beautiful. Well equipped for the Northwest with diesel heat, generator, and propane stove. This is a dream boat with low hours!
And if you are thinking of listing your boat now is the time because we have the big Anacortes boat show coming up April 6-9th.  It’s a great show that brings our real buyers. last year I sold three boats at the show! I would love to do that again this year.  Also remember with the tax rate soaring to over 10% in Seattle Anacortes with a tax rate of 8.5% is a much better place to buy or sell your boat.
